An AI startup can begin before the idea

OpenAI announced a second cohort of Grove, its five-week program for early-stage founders. The offering includes mentorship, early access to tools, and API credits. It targets people still exploring ideas as well as teams already building, putting support at the stage when the problem itself may still be unclear.

Context

Access to a model is only one ingredient in a business. The harder questions are who needs the product, whether they will return, and what one useful result costs to deliver. A founder program can accelerate those experiments; it cannot answer them in advance.
