Modular Diffusers makes generation a set of building blocks

The Diffusers team introduced a modular approach to generative pipelines. Developers can combine reusable blocks and add custom ones instead of rebuilding the entire sequence. The approach complements the existing library interface, and the announcement shows its connection to the Mellon visual environment.

Context

This can make experimentation cheaper: one stage can change while the rest stays stable. Yet an approachable graph does not remove technical dependencies. Compatibility, intermediate formats, and reproducibility still need checking. The real benefit appears when a pipeline becomes easier to inspect and modify without losing track of its behavior.
